I don't really have a recipe, and this is far from authentic. What I do is pound out round steak, and let it marinade in pickled jalapeño juice for a while. For the dredge, I put in some garlic salt, lots of black pepper, and some habanero powder. I'm terrible at making gravy so I just use jarred stuff.
