I smoke it 16-18 hours, cool it, slice it, put it on the Keating Flat Top, to give the fat a little rendering, Lordy it's tender and jucy. In the pic, you'll see some homemade potato chips I am again making, you get them or twice fried FF with the sandwich or a 1/2 lb platter with any 2 sides!

I'll skip the chips and fries to make room for a second sandwich on my plate.

Oh, and can I have one to go, please?

Hey Tom!   Way to go;  They look nearly as good as the ones that I served on Sunday.

I am laughing so hard!   I guess that I am going to have to invite you and Susan down one day to see what I have to offer!
