I smoke it 16-18 hours, cool it, slice it, put it on the Keating Flat Top, to give the fat a little rendering, Lordy it's tender and jucy. In the pic, you'll see some homemade potato chips I am again making, you get them or twice fried FF with the sandwich or a 1/2 lb platter with any 2 sides!

OMG   that is hysterical!!I am sure that Voss would be not to my taste.  On the other hand, Hoffman would be cool!
