Their house specialty is a meatloaf sandwich topped with pepperjack cheese, homemade chipolte ketchup, and grilled wheatberry bread. Guy Fieri hit it right on the head with this one. Just wonderful !

Most of these ingredients have a supporting role for the ground chuck. The rye bread is an interesting ingredient. Tastes great !

I usually put the meatloaf on some white bread with a little mayonnaise.

A cold meatloaf sandwich on any kind of bread requires Spicy Brown or Coarse Ground Mustard.
