Today is National Surf and Turf Day.
It's not known who created it. It seems to have first appeared in the 1960s; Jane and Michael Stern
say it became popular at the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, in the restaurant in the Space Needle.
So, where have you had the best Surf & Turf you've ever eaten?
What made it special and how much did you pay for it?
I've eaten numerous Surf's & Turf's, but I can't think of one place that stood out head & shoulders above the rest, except maybe Be
rns Steakhouse in Tampa!
