I made it to Henry's on Friday, April 6. Here is the somewhat smaller selection we had that afternoon:
My wife and I shared slices of blackberry, coconut, and custard:
The custard pie wasn't quite suited to my taste. My wife felt the same way. But the coconut pie was unquestionably the best I've had of that flavor and the blackberry pie had the most remarkable crust.
The plan to hit Pamela's, Henry's, and Gray Bros. in the same day didn't quite pan out. We made it to Pamela's and Henry's, but there was an accident that resulted in 70 being closed down just west of Indy. We were stuck for hours and by the time we got out of the jam, we would have just made it to Gray Bros. before closing. So we put that off for later in the trip. I'll get a full trip report up at some point.
When we did eventually get to Gray Bros. I got to try sugar cream pie and I loved it!
