Posted April 05, 2012 12:51 PM An Oakland Raiders fan sent a recipe to me several years ago of a Salted Beef BBQ he cooked at tailgates. The beef was skewererd, salted, barbecued, and then the salt was removed. I never used the recipe and can't find one like it.
If you have a recipe like it-please post it.

What cut of beef was it? Brisket, corned beef, sirloin, what?????

Don't remember the cut, but it was an inexpensive cut.
