A 10 pounds hairball from an 18 years old girl is the worlds’ biggest hairball that has ever been removed from a human body. It was removed from her stomach via surgery.  The hairball measured 15 inches by 7 inches by 7 inches when it was removed.
 
 
I have removed the picture, though I found it medically amazing (almost unbelievable) since it was seeming to upset a number of your stomachs.  You may now carry on in peace.
