The investor is looking to open another restaurante but is open to the commissary idea. I will be presenting on Sunday. I hope everyone is interested and will send me an email expressing interest in a location near downtown Nashville.
It will be equipped with a stainless steel prep table/area, Refriderators/Walk-in cooler, Mop/Stainless steel sinks, gray water tank disposal/refill station, cart wash area, indoor cart parking overnight, deticated parking spaces. We are doing month by month rental. Depending on the number of interested parties, I hope to keep the rates around $200-250/mo. per foodie2007 discussion.
