Sex and Food link--slight correction

Michael Stern--LOVE your writings--but--in the intro on the home page re the "Sex and Food" story and the "Oysters"--you tag on an aside note that the "steer" in the picture--the one being wrestled-need not worry about HIS "gonads"--well he need not worry because he HAS NONE--they are long gone and probably tasted great---all of my rancher friends ,and their neighbors,know,that's what separates the "Steers" from the "Bulls"! :)

The cowboy better have strong hands. Those horns are pretty close to the biscuit basket.
