This is my new 5 oz  injected Bacon Wrapped Pork Filet Combo I start serving today. Pick any two sides Corn on the Cobb, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, or our famous Baked Beans, for just $7.00

Edwmax I emailed you a sample
Kland01s Thank you
Ineo I'm not sure today is the 1st day for selling this sandwich. Although I served 8 friends yesterday and they all raved about it.

Slaw and sauce on mine please! How long do you cook those guys? After injecting do you let them sit (kinda like brining) for a while?

Ann Peeples thank you.

Tristan yes for a couple of hours and I use my ribbed Panini Grill to grill them and it runs 500 degrees. It takes about 3.5 minutes to 4 minutes to cook.I bought it from City Discount Equipment Company.

Foodbme Panini Grill turn it 45 degrees after 2 minutes, but your of course cooking both sides at the same time

Lost Nation/ Rich  thank you.

Hey Jack Panini, I like the new name, works well in the Italian part of town. Jack I like the way the pork looks the Panini grill marks give it a nice bbq look. I bet it taste great, I just thinks it looks like its missing something. Something that will build it up a bit higher and complement the flavor of the pork and sandwich look. I know about the cole slaw deal, works in some areas, not in others. I'm trying to think of something that would compiment the BBQ pork, add to the sandwich.......Like someone said in California once, I'll be back.................

Chef I know what you mean about looking a little bare. But everyone has been putting BBQ Sauce on them so that means no lettuce, or tomato. So I don't know I guess I'll wait here for you to come up with something. LOL

Do you think one of those will hold up in the warming tray until October?
Looks mighty tasty!
