Hi everyone. I recently purchased a Workhorse P42 Step Van for a food truck concept that I will be launching here in Atlanta. These forums have been priceless in my preparation and planning stages. @Mofood definitely deserves a shoutout for his awesome pics. I similarly plan to update this thread as I progress in hopes that it may prove useful. So as of right now, I have a concept, menu, and health code in hand. I've made quite a few equipment purchases, but I have several more to go.
Too bad that I have to be a member for 30 days and have 30 posts to insert pictures, otherwise I would give you all the "before" pics... in due time I suppose.

Seems like you've done your homework and have a good grasp on how Roadfood works, especially for Newbees. Hopefully, someday that might change.
What do you have in mind for your Food Theme??
