My real name is Mark and I have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. I have owned 2, both successful, and operated 6 from a business director perspective. My last project was working with a Non-Profit club that was about to close their doors, and I managed to get their P&L in the green after 45 days. In addition, I showed them a different way of looking at their business and after 90 days, we increased their NET by 300%. This was almost a year ago, and they are still going strong. To be honest, I was pretty proud of that achievement since I did it for almost nothing.
Well, I'm about to take to the road on another business adventure, the concession business. I hope to learn much from everyone here, as I'm quite sure it is a different animal then your brick and mortar eateries.

Welcome and tell us more about your plans for the concession business. There's a lot of accumulated experience on here relative to that segment that could help you.
Trailer, Truck or Cart?
Year round or Seasonal?
Type of events?
Type of food?
ETC, Etc, etc.
