Since I recently posted about my rum + raisin ice cream topping, today I invented something else. I poured a bit of wine over sorbet. Yum!
What I had was pear-ginger sorbet and I poured chardonnay. It was good. The I got to thinking about other combos, like maybe lemon sorbet with either white or read wine, or even sherry. I know they sell some of these in the supermarket, but I think to make my own.
Has anyone made any combos?
