Much as I loathe McD, this is not just a McD problem, where there are people and food there will be vermin and no amount of prevention and pest control is going to change it. Fact.

Why would the store employee touch the man with the broom he swept up the rat?

He was displeased at the fact that he made a cellphone video.

I am sure there are rat problems across the country.However, I have worked in many capacities in the food service industry for 40 years, and never, ever had a rat in my establishment.
