Would anyone have any idea how to cook these delicious rolls.  Since I've ate there plenty of times I know they are covered in real butter and finely chopped garlic.  Would like to know how to make these really light and airy rolls.  I am going to attempt to put a pic on here or the link so you can see what they look like.  Ok tried to attach the pic but wouldn't let me so here is the link.

While our traditional garlic knots are made with pizza dough ...I'd say by looking at the picture it is a dinner roll not left to bake too long.

I've had pretty good success using Rhodes Frozen Dough to make various stuff like Monkey Bread and different braided things.

I don't know what Rhodes would look like if it was baked a few shade below a tan. Those rolls have a curious texture. They look like they collapse.

I don't know if it could be something like a steamed bun finished for a minute....for color.

It's a chain that goes back 30 years...with locations in a few States. No mention about recipes except for one person that said he had it... and the bidding starts at $1000. Seriously. People either love them or mention they are underdone.
