Bee / Wasp Problem

We sell fresh squeezed lemonade at festivals and events. We are having major problems with bees and or wasps this year. I assume it's due to the mild winter we had. Anyone have any ideas on how to keep them away. Thanks very much.

How to make a wasp trap...
Unfortunately you are selling the stuff the wasps love. Sugar & lemon juice is one of the baits recommended. If you are having a problem with both yellow jackets & honey bees, I would opt for a meat trap for the yellow jackets and a non-killing trap for the honey bees to be baited with sugar & lemon juice. Then release the honey bees (and a few yellow jackets) at the end of the day. Experiment with different baits to see what they prefer over your lemonade. All these traps are very similar. I have come across posts that say wasps are attracted to orange juice but not honey bees. OJ seems to repel honey bees.

Honey bee trap  Honey bees will survive this trap, just release at the end of the day so they can go home to their hive. You don't want to kill the honey bees.
