Who's using square on an iPhone?

Do you have a case on your phone?
Can't use it with the hard case I have..
Any suggestions?

My family has been in the cellular business since I was a teenager.  You can either get a case that is more compatible or modify your existing case to work. Is it a silicone, leather, or hard case?

incipio makes a square compatible iphone case called the cash wrap .  Apparently the reader is built directly into the case.

I checked the site, no such thing.....I also called their tech support. There was such a case for iphone 3 in 2010....nothing now. I have the 4s.

Hard case.

I would recommend 2 options... first go to a cell phone store and try on cases till you find one that fits and works well with your square.  Then buy it.  Option 2 is get a zagg case and remove the hard case while working.  When done you can reapply the hardcase right overtop of the zagg.  

Otterbox works fine w/ Square reader on my 3G. Square reader is dicey but that is not the case's fault. =^)

chef you looking for a case so it can be in one, or something to protect it from the goofies that have to provide a signature.? if its then signature thing ,on square theres a tab to hit to require no sigs for anything under 25 bucks. but if it's to actually protect the phone  good luck. I don't have a case but i have a secondary window a/c unit and mine stays on top of that with a dry bar towel under it ALWAYS.. I don't require sigs for anything under 25 bucks so no one has to monkey with my phone.

It's in a case, the thickness of the case does not allow the reader to plug in fully.....
I found a soultion. 
I don't give my phone to anyone to sign, I just show them the charge at the end.

I have a thick Otterbox case on my phone and have no problems with the reader. I also have the signature turned off but I give my phone to my customers who want a receipt (they can put there own address in) without ever any problem. I often keep my phone outside ans the customers who use a card hand me my phone with their card.
 
The only problem I ever have is if I have to many apps open, I get no WI-FI and only a couple bars for service.
 

The adapter worked for about a week......I bought an Otterbox, problem solved.
