I believe they were called frosTpup, or something like that
Vanilla ice cream, chocolate covered, covered in some sort of peanut dust stuff?
A friend at a forum brought this up and as soon as he described it I could almost taste it! He and I are both from the Seattlle area, this may have been a local thing.
