This Sunday September 16th at 11am in the morning we're throwing another pop up restaurant party at 3 Little Pigs food trailer in East Austin. All scratch cooking with tamales,enchiladas,soup,tortillas, pumpkin flan etc.

3" of rain pounded Austin during our latest pop up and we still damn near sold out of all the Tex Mex we prepared. Learned to have a rain date for future events but were happy to see the Austin eaters braving a deluge to eat our platters.
