not a newbie, but trying to ramp up into bigger and more venues. Did a few events this summer that were in the $1000 plus per day ballpark. Last year we did smaller stuff. We are good with the technical side of production and the logistics of supply. We want to get a better feel for the best types of events to lobby for. Health fees here are high, booth fees can be higher, and we're often required to give a 20% cut to NPO's or whatever. We love vending, but at the same time don't want to be a charity.
Any info about Italian Ice as a competitor to Hawaiian Shave ice? Weather we cannot control, but other things we can.
