Chris Bianco has teamed up with Britain's celebrity chef Jamie Oliver to launch Union Jacks in London. (It's the Oliver name that has fired up the buzz and given the restaurant its cachet. Bianco is unknown overseas.) Their concept: wood-fired pizzas with British toppings.
