What precautions do you take to prevent the grey water tank from freezing? I plan on emptying it every night.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  I know some of the heavies out there know what to do especially those cats in Wisconsin, Chicago, New York, Boston and the likes, show me whatcha got!

All that maters is where you put your tank. And why aren't you just as worried about your fresh water tank? Or your hot water heater (instant I would assume?) from freezing? They are all apt to freeze easily. If it's inside the truck or trailer you just leave the heat on all night. That's easy. But this has been talked about a bunch try a search using a good search engine you'll find some great advice here on Road Food.

I have tank heaters on mine. Kept the tank fluid, but the 3" from the tank to the dump valve will freeze too if not insulated or wrapped with heat tape.
Don't know what your temps are, but mine were <0 many times, weeks at a time in the teens.

That's too cold Chef, you should be south when that happens, make sure to drain your tanks before you leave.
