Hiya guys,
   Talked with Eric from Gilbert Craft sausages. I must say these are intriguing sausages. I plan on using them for a couple of specalty dogs to see how they go over. Who on this list has used them? How do your customers like them? He offered to send me some samples. I want to take him up on that but not till next spring. I am planning on going south here for the winter and it's kinda hectic around here right now. But I do keep thinking about them.

I've eaten them and they are delicious. They are a premium Sausage!
