I'm afraid that's a bit like asking if anyone would be willing to share a meatloaf recipe. The basic ingredients are simply enough (chopped corned beef and potatoes) but it's the seemingly infinite number of little variations that make the results interesting to different palates.
Leftover corned beef is great, if you have it, but for home preparation purposes, few people would want to go to the trouble of cooking a corned beef every time they'd like some hash. Canned
corned beef can be substituted, of course, but I haven't found that the result is all that superior to a good canned
corned beef hash.
Some people like to "improve" the canned stuff with some chopped onion or green pepper (a ittle jalepeno is interesting). Those who prefer a little sweetener mix in some ktchup, while accomplishing the same thing with chopped beets makes it a "red flannel" hash. The addition of other chopped vegetables, like carrots, cabbage or even parsnips would make it a "calico" hash. Except when occasionally using jalepeno, I always add a liberal amount of black pepper; no additional salt is usually needed for recipe using "corned" beef.
Some people add a little oil to a scratch recipe to promote crispiness but the canned stuff already has enough fat in it. I just use a relatively high heat under the skillet, fry until crispy, turn over once and wait 'til it gets crispy again.
Hash seems to go best with poached eggs (although I've enjoyed a has omelet on occasion). I use one of those pans that has a steaming tray with four teflon cups to greatly simplifies things. A crispy hash patty on an english muffin topped with a poached egg and smothered with a little peppery white sauce make for a very hearty poor man's Eggs Benedict.
Also, an internet search using "corned beef hash" will generatge a vast number of hash variations.
