Hi! everyone. I have been lerking this website for a long time and now I am at the point where I neen to ask a question.
 
I was surprised by this neat little perfectly round hole in my fresh water tank.
 
Will the health depeartment dislike it?

Looks like someone installed the tank incorrectly. It's a bad job of a vent hole. Either fill it and do it corrctly, or just cover with a small piece of nylon screening glued all the way around. Because it's behind a door the HD wont bother you about this. Easier to ask for forgiveness that permission...

I uploaded the pictures to my server and then used the  forums "Insert/edit image" (Uses a little green tree icon) function.
