canopy question

I have done internet searches, I searched this site but can not seem to find the answer so i am asking here. I have a food truck, that currently is parked 7 days a week at a work site. I work from 10pm to 4am. Business is good and overall I am very happy but like everything this is a work in progress. My next project is that I would like a canopy for the truck. A pop up tent type is not an option because of where I am parked. I am looking for a solid one that is hinged at the top and folds over and locks while driving. I am about to start contacting handymen in my area but I am also looking to see where I can buy one retail. Does anyone know where I can look? Thanks frank
