The Florentine cannoli!! I was never a big cannoli fan as I found the shells to be very dry and really just a vehicle for the filling...until I tried this one. Baking an oversized Florentine cookie and rolling it into a cannoli shell is truly inspired and adds a crunchy texture from the nuts and a nice chew from the honey that makes the cookie such a joy to eat.
