any tips and tricks of the trade?
-
Fri, 12/14/12 2:54 PM
I'm new to the business aspect of BBQ and was just wondering if there were any tips tricks or anything that can help me be successful. Like what should i use to hold my done products so that they wont dry out. I make my own sauce which hasn't had a bad review as of yet but i think it is missing something .Just any types of information would be greatly appreciated. Jeremy Williams Brothers BBQ
