Insider subscription problem

I am signed in but cannot access the insider pages. I have a paid subscription with no access!

Hi Jim, I see that your payment has been received, and I apologize that it hasn't been activated.  This very rarely happens, and my only explanation is that PayPal didn't notify my servers that the transaction was completed.
 
You should be in good shape now, plus a couple extra free months.
