I think I'll have Pork Roll & Swiss on a hard roll with mustard for lunch today.

Do you get that pork roll griddled?  I find that as much as I love it hot, I hate it cold.

Yes...hot & griddled!

Like Salami...which I was going to have before thinking about Pork Roll.

When I was a kid, I loved a ketchup sandwich, Wonder Bread, Ketchup. Tough to screw up!
Put it on the Chubby's menu and see if it sells!

Is it ok to put ketchup on a hot sausage sandwich from a street vendor?

I don't like sausage so yuck.

It's "ok" or "acceptable" or "whatever" to put ketchup on an Italian Hot Dog. I don't but many people do.

I think people misunderstand what "ok" means.

I don't think certain things are "ok" because I was taught certain things (like requesting ketchup) are a sign of disrespect.

So I have an opinion...but I don't care what other people do elsewhere.

Is it OK with who?

Those who have decreed that it is totally unacceptable to put ketchup on a hot dog.

Chris, Sausage is sent by the Pork Gods. There is nothing like a good Italian Sausage, grilled  Kielbasa on Rye bread. A good quality Italian is to die for, all the fats and spices melting together. .........imho......When I was in NYC last yr, I think most of the Vendors were from the Middle East, they can care less about Tradition, they just want your bucks..........Eat, live, love and be happy..........if they don't like it, screw them...............pnwc

Maybe that's why John Fox & Benzee conduct the NJ hot dog tour...in NJ.

Just add some bacon and a little grape jelly. That ought to do it.

I used to put ketchup on everything when I was a kid; I don't see why they wouldn't have it as a condiment lots of kids will eat something if it has ketchup on it. My daughter used to eat anything as long as she got a little honey to dip it in.

Breaking News!
Subway testing creamy sriracha sauce | Hot Topics | an SFGate.com blog
Sriracha might be going as mainstream as mayo.
Subway is apparently testing out a version of the legendary Thai hot sauce at some stores in Southern California, according to Foodbeast. Others have also been posting photo evidence of the “creamy sriracha sauce,” being offered for a limited time.
If Subway does take the sauce into all its stores, it will be the most widespread adoption of sriracha yet. Fans might cringe at the “creamy” label, but Foodbeast reports “it had a mayo-like consistency and was less sweet and much more spicy.

It does not mention when Florida votes on if requesting Creamy Sriracha on a Cheesesteak means a customer must learn to fight the sandwich artist...like a man (upon request).

They should shoot an episode of Mob Wives on-location. See what Mr. Ordone would say to them.

Actually, if you want to be a stickler, I think it should be: "With whom is it OK?"

Anyway, I think I got my answer: "THEM".
