When I saw this recipe I immediately thought of all you RFer's who are enamored with anything that involves Green Chiles.
In addition, the unique cooking instrument adds to the unusualness of the whole scenerio.
Cooking anything in a plow disc is unusual, however, this method seems to be catching on, especially out West.
Let it be noted that I am in no way connected to the Disc-IT Company. I'm just a curious on-looker who is thinking that maybe I'd like to try it!

Let it also be noted that you could fry it in a fryer in your kitchen. In most cases you want the Crema to be the cooling effect to the seasoned chicken wing. I use Sour Cream, a bit of milk or heavy cream, you would also us some Avocado smashed loosen with sour cream, whipped thin .  Most of the BBQ seasoning guys could do this with changing a few spices in their rub..................

I like the Skill-It from the Disc-It company.

It's very cool & can be customized/personalized for a very low cost.
