I doubt you have very many Vietnamese restaurants in Ostrander, Ohio. But here in the DFW metroplex, we are blessed that so many Vietnamese settled in our area and opened restaurants for us to enjoy their highly
addictive somewhat French influenced food.
If you would like to be adventurous and try something new and very delicious, then I would give
Ba Lee in Arlington a try. Be sure to enjoy a bowl of Pho (pronounced, "fah"). Have some spring rolls, and of course, a Banh Mi sandwich on a "French" roll.

You'll consider Chinese food "boring" after your first Vietnamese meal.
