Nothing is easy around here, if you want pork chop, you have to cut them. I had a section of a side of pork that we just processed.

Be Back later after I grill these .................

Oh Yeah.a nice apple brine.....maybe with a lil garlic added.  Then grilled and or baked and topped with some long sauteed apples and onions in a bit of Marsala at the end

I have had chops that have been grilled with a pineapple brine which have been very tasty. No sauces, just a nice grill for me.

I'm not sure what happen to the other pictures that I posted but here are the results...........
ok, I forgot to check the propane, yep, it was empty.......so I roasted them in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes. I got a nice crust on the fat side, with a dusting of fine crushed Montreal seasoning. I roasted them bone side down to 140 degrees inside temp......

Beautiful!  Last time I had a good double cut pork chop was in Iowa.
I just hope that section of side of pork that you processed didn't come from Little Porkchop!!!!

I'm sure we will see pictures of little pork chop posing next to the grill next year!
