Thank you CC. I have a wholesale meat and food buisness at the foot of the Bayonne bridge on the S I side so i am looking at Bayonne almost every day. No I have not tried Fette Sau where is it?

I have been to Smoke Joint. I found the BBQ to be adequate - for NYC. Their mac and cheese was delightful and I would order the ribs again, if I found myself hungry in Fort Greene.

Saw them on triple D yesterday and they look real enough. Particularly the beef short ribs.
