One of the Chef/Judges on the TV show "Chopped" was here yesterday with a friend. He ate a  a lot of chow, bought some to go, left a really nice note in our book, said he was coming back here on the 27th, AND he left thw Waiterss a $100.00 tip!

Don't be surprised if he has a camera crew with him!
And don't be surprised if your Waitstaff kills each other trying to get his table!

I think this means you really integrated the Chinese Fortune Cookies with the South American Capybara Pancreas well in your appetizer course.
