Hello,
I'm looking to get a food trailer built in the NYC area, I'm willing to travel even a good distance.  I am finding it impossible to find a company that does this.  Maybe I dunno what to look for but I find lots in CA.

Florida, Georgia, Texas, search for concession trailers.

There are some crepe trucks in NYC. I would invest some time in spending the day by all of them....and researching all of the creative and even delicious crepe places that have come & gone in the very recent past...before making any decisions on a truck or trailer. Crepes are not big sellers in NYC.

I'm not sure if you've done it already but...I'd also research what it take$ to obtain a licen$e for NYC.
