most dont actually fry it. ice cream balls 20 plus below. rolled in cinnamon sugar and rolled around a super hot wok or black iron skillet works great. problem is getting them solid and round and refrozen is the pia. i think they would sell too. change the name slightly or the presentation?
as far as ice cream storage, get the phone numbers from vendors at convenience stores that sell ice cream. call the office or route managers and ask about equipment surplus. all the ice cream sandwich route guys have a manager aware of whats around. i asked about the smaller 4 ft slide tops that they dont like cause theyre too small to hold a lot and was able to buy them cheap.
