I'm probably going to use the zinc angle/corner supports sold at the big box stores-the ones used for fences, etc.

Two stainless eye bolts (one on wall and one on cooler) with a gate hook or something of the sort would work well too...and it would be somewhat removable so cleaning/moving would be feasible.

Cheers!

I have used both of these, and a motorcycle tie down strap while moving. But you have to be sure that is where your going to keep that piece of equipment forever or you end up with unnecessary holes in your walls.

On this one I only use the piece on the right.

so its only being secured by the sides and not the bottom am I correct? Its not a problem to screw into the sides of them and how long of a screw would you suggest

The above items are mounted to the wall not the unit. The motorcycle strap goes from one link across the front to the the other link. But there is a thread here (do a search) on floor mounting. Or go here http://www.wagnercompanie...name=article&rpid= But using the above will work fine. My trailer came off the hitch at 50 MPH once turned sideways and only the safety chains kept it from going down a steep embankment, and the cooler was still in place when we got it back on the truck. What a ride that was. LOL

I Just use a ratchet strap around the front to the wall on each side.If you don't have a locking fridge door, get a latch like the one above to keep the doors closed.

Hey, I was wondering how you can tell how high the flange is raised from the base/floor in order to get a good idea of how secure it might be with the appliance or table legs inserted.
