Protein: All natural, hand patted, Texas beef patty via Branch Ranch in Plains, Texas (hormone and antibiotic free, verified natural) Certainly a big improvement over the meat of that era.
Seasoning: Coffee, brown sugar, salt and pepper

Cooking medium: oil
