I am looking at a Lang BBQ/Smoker.
Before I make a decision I would like to know if you have any recommendations as to which would be better for me.
I am looking for a smoker with a char broiler attached and a holding box.
I would Like to cook an entire hog up to 100lbs inside of it and still have room for ribs, brisket etc.
What do you use, where did you get it and why?
