Getting around Street Eats at WM, Lowes etc using Charities.

Seems I've heard Wal-Mart, Lowes and Home Depot will let carts set up with out going thru Street Eats if the are tied in with a charity. Can anyone confirm this? I'm more than willing to donate a chunk of change if I can make some.
This town I'm in has no foot traffic except for Wal-Mart. I've got a local cause I would love to support, but I've got one closer to home, which is my tummy, utilitys, etc.
I want to give to my community, but they have to give to me first.
Also wondering what % to give.
Well, I got the topic started.

I think you have to BE a charity.
like a church or charity first. or some non profit group.

I have 2 funnel cake vendors who I know do Wal-Mart. Both have said it has to be for charity and they each give 20%.  It may also be up to the local manager, really don`t know, but know its being done.

My W/M has no Mc Dee or Subway, nor does the Lowes.
Thinking my charity should approach them.

OK. The stuff is dropped from a funnel (although often a pastry-type bag is used now) into the hot oil making a free-form lattice pattern.

He yanks all chains and hi-jacks threads. Adds very little to this forum, tho he thinks he does.
