Pagosa Springs, Colorado--help

My little group will be in Pagosa Springs in late July for two dinners.  Has anyone tried any of the places in town?  I'd love good, but would settle for ok.

thanks

Here are a couple of Pagosa Springs suggestions...

Boss Hogg's Green Chili Cheese Burger. This is absolutely decadent and appropriate for the glutton in you.

My wife still says this is the best fish taco she's had (from Kipp's Grill.)

Thanks, Davydd, for the great information.  We enjoyed Kip's very much.  I ate one of those open face chile burgers smothered in cheese at Boss Hoggs and decadent is the best way to describe it.  The glutton in me skipped breakfast the next morning.
