Dead chain help: Oogleblook? - Thu, 08/8/13 9:55 PM
In the late 1960s, Morrison's Cafeteria had a short-lived "futuristic" sister restaurant called Oogleblook, notable for its odd, circular buildings.  Oogleblook was apparently gone by 1974.  There are two surviving buildings that I know about in the Atlanta area, seen on this page:
The Pharr Road store was later the home of a kids' shoe store, and then Deka Athletics.  Not sure what's there now.
The Doraville store, on Buford Hwy, is today the home of Cafe 101 which, when the page was written, was a pizzeria, and is now a Chinese restaurant.
My question is... were these the only two Oogleblooks?  I've searched online and cannot find any reference to any Oogleblook anywhere, in any other city, other than these two.   Did you have an Oogleblook in your town?

I've certainly never seen one and I've lived many places in the south since 1969.
