Anyone have any experience of vegetarian food? Indian especially, are very sentimental and emotional creatures who love their motherland and most things attached to it. Thus they love the cuisine of their region. After Chinese and American cuisine,  is probably the most popular in the world. Agree ?

I'm not a fan of vegetarian food, but if I had to eat vegetarian most of it would be Indian.

Tell me about Vegetarian Lassi.

I looked around the Internet for a picture of a disgusted looking collie; all I could find were Border Collies. Oh, well.

There are different types of curries and each state in India has its own specialty curries that are made with the local ingredients. This can be eaten with both rice and flatbreads.
