It kinda sounds like an humongous Aldi that sells brand names! Grocery and restaurant prices down here are low anyway - at least compared to NoVa's as they were when I visited May-June of this year.
The store they're building here is 90,000+ sq. ft. on 13 acres; that's why I was thinking a super-Wegman's-type enterprise. But, hey ... lower prices work for me! WinCo
must be pretty confident; there is both a Sam's Club and a super huge Wal-Mart (that was built as a prototype for being "21st. Century, eco-friendly
") pretty much right across the street, and a new Super Target less than 1/2 mile away.
