Actually, it's "Southern
Sunset", our tribute to the Southern Style, vinegar based sauces.
But I do like the name "Desert Sunset". Now I have to create a new sauce to go along with it. Hmm, anyone up for a cactus based Barbecue Sauce?
P.S. When not using my own sauces, I'm partial to "Blues Hog
Tennessee Red Sauce" or their 'Honey Mustard" Sauce.
