I believe we have a better understanding on seaweed, which is rich in iodine, iron, calcium and nutrients. Puting the right amount of seaweed in food can not only increase the food delicious, but more abundant nutritional value, and is contribute to health. Especially when eating pasta, such as put some in boiling point, will make it taste unusual.
Nutrition Analysis:
1. Seaweed contains rich edible nutritious, high iodine which can be used to treat goiter result from iodine deficiency; Seaweed has Endometriosis function,and is also useful for other block.
2. Seaweed is rich in choline and calcium, iron, which can enhance memory, treat maternal anemia, promote bone, teeth growth and health care; It also contains a certain amount of mannitol that can be used as dietary supplements for the treatment of edema.

Personally, I love seaweed of many kinds.  (Lived in Japan 3 years.)  If you've never had a seaweed salad at a Japanese place you're missing out, it has a wonderfull crunch akin to a cabbage coleslaw.

A little seaweed added to some miso soup can transform what I personally feel is possibly the most boring of the world's famous soups, into something that is a treat to slurp.

I love it wrapped around my sushi, in my soup and in plain salads or noodle dishes. Konbu, Wakame, Hijiki, Nori....it's all good to me!

I love it wrapped around my toes as I walk along the beach.
