I'm to tired to search. Anyone want to share a simple (and quick) shredded chicken taco recipe. Something Knorr Bouillon(y).

Isn't something "Knorr Bouillon(y)" called "soup"?

Dissolve 2 Maggi cubes in a quart of hot water. Pour into hotel pan, line pan with chicken thighs, roast at 200 degrees for 3 hours. Remove chicken, shred, reduce braising liquid, thicken with masa, store chicken in liquid, use liquid as finishing sauce/gravy.

That's OK, I'm sure it would suck anyway.

Thanks that sounds good. I use Maggi for steak tacos.

You don't always have to use the Old El Paso kits.

Quick & Awesome Chicken Asada Tacos

Marinade (does not need to soak, can be dunked at cook time)

Orange juice & lime juice, 2:3 ratio
Granulated garlic (Costco)
Lotsa Salt
Chili powder (the Kroger stuff is fine)
Oil, about 30% of the marinade's volume should be oil
--
Cut chicken breast or boneless thighs in thin strips
Marinate for 1/2 hour, or dunk or brush liberally at cook time
Char-broil over intense heat (ideally) or flat-top (meh)

Shred meat if you want I guess

These are amazing, I guarantee you will get compliments, and tacos do not get any faster. I don't know what "Knorr-bullion-ish" means and I don't want to either. =^)

Season or marinate thighs  & legs.
Then bake, or grill as you desire.
Place a leg into a toco and load with commandments & salsa.
Eat and throw away the bone when finished.

Hummm ... I think that is a taco sole-food style.
