I just made a dark chocolate/mint with mint Oreos test batch that came out very well.
I'm still working on an egg nog that has something for texture. My next batch with that will have Grape Nuts. Otherwise, it feels like it's missing something. If that doesn't work, I might try rum infused dates (perhaps caramelized in maple syrup after macerating for 24 hours in the rum).
A popular flavor I made last Christmas was white chocolate with crushed peppermint (candy canes).
